Gateway to cruising Asia
Cruising Southeast Asia
Five cruising grounds, their seasons, and the itineraries we plan for owners and charter guests.
Where to go, and when
Two monsoons, one region, and a season somewhere all year.
Southeast Asia rewards owners who plan around the weather rather than against it. The Andaman coast runs from November to April; the Gulf of Thailand takes over in the south-west monsoon; Komodo and Raja Ampat sit on opposite halves of the Indonesian calendar. We plan itineraries, permits and logistics around that rhythm.

Thailand
Phuket & the Andaman Sea
Limestone cathedrals, flat water and the most complete yachting infrastructure in Southeast Asia.
Season: November to April, with settled north-east monsoon conditions and light winds.

Hong Kong SAR
Hong Kong
Two hundred islands, year-round racing and a skyline thirty minutes from open water.
Season: October to May for the most settled sailing; typhoon season runs June to September.

Indonesia
Indonesia — Komodo & Raja Ampat
The most biodiverse water on earth, and the region's defining charter itinerary.
Season: Komodo April to October; Raja Ampat October to April.

Malaysia
Malaysia — Langkawi & Borneo
Duty-free fuel, rainforest anchorages and a practical base one day from Phuket.
Season: November to April on the west coast; year-round options with local planning.

Thailand
Gulf of Thailand
The alternative season: flat water and warm evenings when the Andaman turns.
Season: May to September, the natural counter-season to the Andaman coast.
